Two ways onto your site

Both are built in Alberta and finished like a building, not a portable. Your crews get a real washroom with heat in January and A/C in July.

Site Washroom Trailer · 110V

Our original design, in daily use at a major distribution centre. Two private washrooms on a trailer you can tow in and plug in.

  • Runs fully on one 110V supply: water pump, heat and A/C, lights and sound
  • No propane, no generator required where power is on site
  • Flush toilets with ceramic bowls and running-water sinks
  • About 300 gal black and 100 gal fresh, with water totes added for heavy use

MODCO Skid Unit

A high-traffic washroom built on a steel skid. Hook it, lift it or fork it into place. No wheels, no axles to maintain.

  • 2 toilets, 3-person urinal trough and 3 stainless sinks
  • Single entry with a weather wall to keep the cold out
  • Sloped anti-slip floor, floor drains and wash-down walls
  • Maintenance closet for tank gauges, pumps and thermostat
  • Large under-floor tanks: about 600–700 gal black, 500–600 gal fresh

Nobody on your site has to notice a full tank or an empty one. The unit tracks its own levels and calls us before it becomes a problem.

Built for winterInsulated walls and heated tanks keep water moving when Alberta turns cold.
Battery backupIf site power drops, the onboard battery keeps the tanks heated for 15 to 20 hours in freezing weather.
Eco-friendly and efficientRuns on a single cord and draws only the power it needs. No gas, no propane, no generator fumes.
Automatic fire protectionA heat-activated extinguisher puts out a fire on its own, even when nobody is around.
Self-monitoring tanksFresh and black tank levels are tracked automatically. When a tank needs attention, a service call is sent to our crew. No waiting for someone to notice.
Monthly service reportEvery month you get a report for each unit: how much water was filled, how much was pumped, and every service visit. Clear numbers for your records and budget.

Every MODCO unit comes with a service crew. We set the schedule around how many people use it, and fix problems fast when they come up.
